Refund policy

At CHORDS, each product is uniquely crafted with love and customization, making every piece special. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we maintain a strict no cancellation, exchange, or return policy once an order is placed.

In the rare event that CHORDS is unable to fulfill a customer’s order, we reserve the right to cancel it. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund.

If a customer requests a cancellation before the product has been made, we may offer a credit voucher of the paid amount, valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Please note: No refunds will be issued in such customer-initiated cancellations , only a credit voucher will be provided.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
