CHORDS Shipping Policy

  • Ready-to-Dispatch Items: Ships within 3-7 working days. Delivery takes 4-8 working days, depending on location. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.)
  • Pre-Order Items: Dispatches within 18-25 working days.
  • Custom Orders: Shipping time depends on the product and quantity—our team will inform you accordingly.
  • Shipping Details: Available in the cart before checkout.
  • Tracking Information: Sent via email once dispatched.

Important Notes:

  • Incorrect Address or Contact Details: If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details (wrong mobile number, address, or pincode), the customer must bear the return and reshipping charges. If they choose not to reship, a credit voucher will be issued—no refunds will be provided.
  • Damaged Shipments:
    • A complete unboxing video is mandatory to process any claims for damaged items.
    • If the product is severely damaged and unusable, we may issue a credit voucher for future purchases.
    • Only the shipping cost will be refunded in case of minor transit damage.
  • Stock Availability: Items may shift from Ready-to-Dispatch to Pre-Order based on availability.
  • No Returns, Cancellations, or Refunds on any orders.

Pre-Order Delays – Your Options:

If a Pre-Order item is delayed, customers can:

  1. Replace the order with items from our Ready-to-Dispatch category for faster delivery. Any price difference will be issued as a credit voucher.
  2. Opt for a credit voucher valid for 3 months for future purchases at CHORDS.
